How do I join Fitual?

To join Fitual, fill out the short form on our website. You’ll receive an email with confirmation. Once we set up your gym profile in our app we will send it for your review and acceptance.

If my gym doesn’t offer one-time entries, can I start offering them through Fitual?

Yes, Fitual is designed to allow gyms to start offering one-time entries even if they haven’t done so before.

How does the user pay for the one-time gym entry?

Users pay directly at the gym for their entry, the gym keeps 100% of the revenue.

What are the technical requirements for my gym to join Fitual?

The only requirement is an email inbox to start accepting Fitual users.

You choose the price you want to offer to Fitual customers. The only requirement is that the price for Fitual users is lower than your standard price. This will make the offer attractive to our mutual customers.

Can a network of gyms join Fitual? How do I select which gyms to include?

You can add all your gyms to the Fitual app or select specific ones to include. You can do it by filling the form on our website for the specific gyms you want to include. If you have a gym network and want to join a bigger number of gyms, please contact us at hello@fitual.app and we will set up everything for you.

Our current focus is on building our network of gyms to ensure we offer numerous workout options in every major travel destination from the start. Fitual is set to publish in Apple and Google stores in September 2024.

Our system currently works with email sending a one-time visit code directly to your inbox, alternatively you can use our dedicated web admin panel.,.
